We are a passionate group of educators and caregivers that love working with families to develop happy, healthy, well-rounded children.

Starting Kinder Academy has truly been a dream come true. I grew up in Sioux Falls and began a career in education, attending USF for Secondary Mathematics Education. My plans changed when I moved to Germany to marry my now husband of 15 years, who was serving in the Air Force. While in Germany, I had the opportunity to help establish a private Pre-K for American families and with that, my dream was born. After we moved back to the U.S., I focused on raising our first two children while working in banking. In 2010 my passion for working with children led me to accept a position as Teacher's Aide, which I loved for 4 years. For the last three years, I have been raising our third child at home while working to make my dream a reality. I love working with kids and families during those first amazing years of growth. I look forward to the great memories we'll make at Kinder Academy!

I am looking forward to meeting all of you and your children at Kinder Academy! I am passionate about working with children and helping them discover, learn, grow and play! Prior to joining the Kinder Academy team, I worked at the Great Plains Zoo as a Zoo Keeper for over 9 years and then opened my own in-home family daycare in 2013. My husband and I have called Sioux Falls home for over 14 years and have two young sons that keep us busy with lots of activities! As a parent we want what’s best for our children, and I believe Kinder Academy is going to provide the best opportunity for my children to grow, learn, discover and play!
